A body builder from Egypt who boasted of 31” biceps had been declared to be the biggest biceps in the world.
According to Daily Mail, Moustafa Ali, only 24 years old had spent 10 years working out at the gym, twice a day to blow his biceps out of proportion which now measure just the same as any average man's waist.
Nicknamed Big Mo, his diet astounded millions around the world as it contained a modest 3lbs of chicken, one pound of steak or fish and four cups of almonds drained down his gut with two gallons of water. This diet sufficient for a whole normal family for a day is supplemented by three liters of protein shakes.
The lunatic of a bodybuilder had also moved to US along with his family to workout with better equipment.
Ismail lives with a wife, Carolina, in the US after he had moved there five years ago.
