Aruna Chaddha has to remain in the judicial custody till the 11 of September after the Delhi court had extended the custody today in the Geetika Sharma Suicide case.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Devender Kumar Jangala remanded Chaddha, a senior executive employee of the former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda, to 12-days judicial custody after the police had revealed that the investigation in the case has not yet been completed.
After a 14 day period of her judicial custody had expired today, she was produced in the court. The police had failed twice to seek her custody as they lacked cogent and solid reasons to ask the court for her custody for interrogation.

After a period of 8 days in the custody of police had tried to gain her custody to confront her with Kanda who presently is in the judicial custody till September 11.
