Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Devender Kumar Jangala remanded Chaddha, a senior executive employee of the former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda, to 12-days judicial custody after the police had revealed that the investigation in the case has not yet been completed.
After a 14 day period of her judicial custody had expired today, she was produced in the court. The police had failed twice to seek her custody as they lacked cogent and solid reasons to ask the court for her custody for interrogation.
