A girl died after she shot herself with her father's gun in New Delhi.
According to the police the girl was identified as Ayushi Singh, a fifteen year old who was pursuing her IX class in Kendriya Vidyalaya had killed herself with a gun licensed to her father, Yogesh Kumar who worked as a property dealer.
When both the parents and her brother had come back to their home in Rohini Sector-2, Ayushi had not responded to the calls. This forced them to break into their own house only to see the melancholic site of her daughter lying in a pool of her own blood.
She was then rushed to the Ambedkar hospital immediately but she was declared to be brought dead.
It is also not clear if the incident was an accident or an intentional attempt of suicide. There was no suicide note that was retrieved from the site of the incident. The police officials said that they were now investigating the case as a suicide trying to find reasons for the decision.
