Court hands out Verma's explicit to CBI

A set of documents on related to the alleged arms-dealer Abhishek Verma and his abettors were handed over by a city court to CBI had revealed new information and several other explicit photographs.

CBI special Judge who was hearing Anca Maria Neacsu's plea for bail took the custody of the documents. Anca Maria was the Romanian wife of Verma. They both have been arrested on June 8th and have spent the days since then in Judicial custody. They were arrested as the CBI had confirmed that they were bribed a huge sum of  $530,000 from Rheinmetall Air Defence (RAD) AG for manipulating the government's decision of blacklisting the defense firm from Europe.

The documents that were procured were submitted to CBI which already had a 12 page report containing proofs and evidences relating to the arms-dealer. The earlier reports that were in CBI's possession were provided by C Edmonds Allen, a citizen of USA who was espoused by Verma from his business. Allen earlier maintained the escrow accounts of Verma in the US. He gave the the CBI several e-mails that he received from the alleged arms dealer, which reveal various of his links with the defense firms, instructions on how to make transfers of large sums of money across the world, and the contact details associated with him in India.

The newer set of photographs shows explicit pictures of Verma, an Indian associate and even a foreign lady.

The documents contain the explanations of how he could have manipulated for a bail in the naval war room leak case. He had already spent several months in Jail for the case that had surfaced in 2006.

There is a speculation that Verma might have transferred to the US, Mauritius, and some other places which could have been made out to his Indian sources, which include at least one legal firm. A middleman was also mentioned in the documents who could get his a favorable hearing in the courts.
