A good news to all BPO employees who are looking forward to pursue some diploma courses on the go as Indira Gandhi National Open University  (IGNOU) has announced a diploma course for business process outsourcing. The university authorities have said that the diploma programme has been designed with the help of Accenture  and the course curriculum deals with BPO finance and accounting.

The officials have also said that this course would be useful to all those employed in BPOs to get a quick promotion besides it will be fruitful to those aspiring a career in lucrative BPO sector. Its completely e-learning based and is targetted at working professions as well as graduate students. The sale of application forms has already begun and the last date of receipt of duly filled in application forms is 30 July.
