Leopard enters Infosys campus in Bangalore

Leopard, Infosys campus, Hebbal Industrial area

A leopard entered the Infosys campus at the Hebbal Industrial area in Bangalore Wednesday night and kept the staff on tenterhooks for hours.

The night staff of the software giant saw the leopard moving in the campus freely at around 2 am  and informed police and the forest officials. Nearly 70 policemen and forest staff tried to catch it for 7 hours.

The leopard tried to attack an Infosys photographer who craved for its photographs. The photographer had sustained injuries to his fingers when the leopard attacked him. The staff finally caught hold of the wild animal this morning through drugging and left it in a nearby forest later.
