Okkadochadu Story
Okkadochadu is the story of Arjun (Vishal) who comes to the city and falls in love with Divya (Tamannaah). Her brother DGP Chandrabose (Jagapathi Babu) is a ruthless cop after which Arjun’s original identity gets revealed. The rest of Okkadochadu is all about Arjun’s masterplan and the brain behind his moves. Is Divya trapped? Is DGP cheated? Watch Okkadochadu to know about the movie.
Okkadochadu Analysis
Though the first half has enough twirls and surprises throughout, the director fails to blend the film in the right way keeping the audience engaging. The songs have been placed wrong and the love story doesn’t look interesting. It has been hurried completely and the most interesting episodes have been said without much impact. On the whole the first half of Okkadochadu has nothing new to reveal.
The second half of Okkadochadu too carries the same feel and the director has been completely confused. With some top actors on board, he fails to execute the movie with race. The climax looks faked out completely and on the whole Okkadochadu leaves the audience disappointed.
Performance
Vishal tops the show with his flawless and outstanding performance throughout the movie. He looked challenging in the movie and his performance is one of the major highlights. Jagapathi Babu and Sampath Raj strikes the chord with their performances in the movie. Tamannaah has a limited role however she has been gorgeous and all the other actors did their roles with perfection.
The story of Okkadochadu has been outdated but the twists in the film make the story interesting. The screenplay and the dialogues look loose and they are not well written. The technical aspects of the film look decent and the production values by Vishal have been lavish. Okkadochadu is not the movie that the audience expect from Vishal after a series of disappointments.
Okkadochadu Final Word
Okkadochadu is one more disappointment that comes from Vishal after a series of debacles. Though the film has an interesting plot, the film falls flat because of the poor narration.
