After her break up with Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina had reportedly secretly met Salman Khan, who is termed as her ex-boy friend.  

As per the sources, Salman’s Sultan movie team, met at a restaurant for a bash and Kartina joined the celebrations.

Reportedly, Katrina spent some quality time with Ali Abbas and Salman, in the party and later Ali skipped the discussion, giving the ex-couple some privacy. This meeting has acquired huge significance, as it occurred after the break up news of Ranbir and Katrina.

When a media person, asked Katrina about her breakup story, she just gave him an aggressive look and said that it is not a right place to talk about it and moved forward, confirming nothing about the news.

Ranbir and Deepika Padukone’s chemistry was applauded well in Tamasha movie and are considered as the best pair for their onscreen romantic chemistry. When Katrina was posed a question on the same, she opined that, she was not a director and did not look at actors like that. She further asserted that everybody was free to work with each other.

However, Katrina, who was deeply upset with the speculations made in the media, issued a statement, via her spokesperson.

It reads: "Ali Abbas Zafar is Katrina's close friend and she attends his birthday party every year and this year was no different. Ali happens to be directing Sultan with Salman, which is why he was on the guest list, along with a whole bunch of other people, including Kabir Khan. There was no secret meeting between Katrina and Salman. Request people to please have some respect and not concoct stories which are untrue."
