I still remember the innocent beauty of Heroine Namita as I used to admire her on seeing her first two T – Town films ‘Sontham’ and ‘Gemini’. Later, I was shocked to see Namita playing all those vulgar roles as she was no less projected as a vamp on – screen, in all the Tamil films. Namita had lot of popularity, many B – Grade roles coming her way. She has grown day by day in Tamil film Industry, so as her Body, which is really turned out to be odd, now. Looks, like even Namita has realized on this and finally has given a statement that she would only act in performance oriented roles, here after.

‘Everybody makes mistakes in life, so did I. At the initial stages of my career, where I had no offers coming my way, post the failure of ‘Gemini’, I had did every role that came my way. I even transformed my body as the film makers required. I earned lot of money. But today, when I look back and watch my films ‘Sontham’ and ‘Gemini’, I realize how big mistake I made in my life by not planning my career properly. People know me for my skin show and glamour today, but apart from my first two films, there is not even a single performance oriented role that I have done. It is enough now. Here after, you can only see me acting in a performance oriented, decent role, that will change my image from a ‘Item’ doll’.
