Trisha is once a leading actresses in Telugu, but never ever tried to learn that language. She often concentrated on Tamil movies too and also attained a good craze over there for some time.

But later, the successors of Trisha like Anushka, Priyamani, Tamanna started grabbing her offers one by one where she was finally left with 1 or 2 films which were left by those actresses who were unable to adjust the dates for these movies.

But the interesting point here is, Anushka, Tamanna and such other actresses were many times found speaking in Telugu within short time. Though it was not completely fluent, the language which they spoke which is so called Telugu is appreciated by the seniors of Telugu industry and also audience. This brought a positive approach on these actresses who were said that they obey Telugu.

But coming to Trisha who is the senior of all these actresses, is still not able to speak Telugu and she was once involved in a controversy of not registering her name in Movie Artists Association. All these turned out to be big arrows towards her.

After this long duration, she tried to express her love towards Telugu on Pawan kalyan's Theenmaar audio function by speaking few words in Telugu but couldn't do it completely. But this time she is nowhere in a mood to leave the choice of speaking the language.

So she grabbed this opportunity in Lion audio function and started speaking in Telugu which was well received by Balayya and his fans.

So lets hope that, at least for the sincere efforts she is putting on Telugu language, she fetches many more big  movies like this.
