Superstar Mahesh Babu has reportedly scrapped his deal with Bollywood's leading production house UTV Pictures. According to the grapevine, UTV has three film deal with Mahesh and have imposed restrictions on the deal too.

Irked by the restrictions, Mahesh walked out of the deal. Koratala Siva is suppose to direct the film, however a source added that the combination of Mahesh and Siva is on and new makers would produce the film.

A US based distributor has come forward to produce the movie and an official announcement is expected soon. If everything falls in its place, this project is expected to start in the month of June. Seems like, Bollywood Production houses are having tough time in Tollywood.
