Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar will coach 11 Indian cricketers as part of an initiative by sports apparel giant Adidas. Post retirement Sachin spent some quality time with family and had enough rest too. He also attended Parliament sessions in December month. As Sachin could be imagined without cricket, he readily accepted the offer the role of mentor offered by Adidas.
Speaking on the occasion, Sachin said, “This is a great initiative from Adidas to support the future of this sport, which encourages aspiring athletes to follow their passion. Mentoring these talented young cricketers will let me be close to what I love and give back to the sport.”
The eleven players are Unmukt Chand, Parveez Rasool, Baba Aparajith, Akshdeep Nath, Rush Kalaria, Vikas Mishra, Vijay Zol, Chirag Khurana, Sarfaraz Khan, Manpreet Juneja and Manan Vohra
