Blustering batsman Virender Sehwag had a moment of surprise to hear that his name was omitted from the ICC probables list that was released today on Saturday.

Spinner Harbhajan Singh who was not significantly successful recently was also not included in the list. Zaheer Khan who was always out of proper form for medical reasons was given a miss too.

In the 30 member list, bashing opener Shikhar Dhawan who has proved his mettle to be the right replacement for Sehwag in the test games automatically received a promotion to the list. Interestingly, Jammu and Kashmir player Pervez Rasool, was also on the list of the games that would be held in England in June this year.
