Bandh Support From TJAC, BJP, CPI

The bandh call given by TRS for tomorrow in the wake of the Government's plan to make a Bill for Rayala Telangana has received support from Professor Kodandaram for the Telangana JAC, from Kishan Reddy for BJP and from Narayana for CPI.

Kishan Reddy demanded an explanation for changing the CWC’s decision. He said that excepting MIM no one asked for Rayala Telangana. He said that if the bifurcation is done on MIM’s demands it cannot be tolerated. He said that the Rayala Telangana if comes to the Parliament will be strongly opposed.

CPI State Secretary Narayana demanded withdrawal of Rayala Telangana proposal. He questioned for whom the Rayala Telangana proposal is being made. He said that the Government is making confusion and creating fears among the people of the State by releasing a new point every day.  He questioned whether it is to blackmail TRS and force it to merge or to deceive Muslims again by honoring MIM’s wishes.

TJAC Chairman Kodandaram who is at Delhi convened Telangana JAC Steering Committee meeting at AP Bhawan said after the meeting that the consequences will be serious in nature if any changes take place in the Telangana Bill.  He hoped that tomorrow’s bandh will make the Center change its attitude.
