Balakrishna Press Meet Updates:- Nandamuri Balakrishna addressed a press conference on the arrest of N Chandrababu Naidu. NBK failed to grab the attention of the common public in his speech, but the TDP cadre and fans are in cloud 9 because of the NBK’s stand in this tough situation. Balakrishna in his speech has strong allegations against the YSRCP government. He raised the obligations of Prem Chandra Reddy’s absence. NBK is known for his didactic, but when it comes to political clinch, NBK failed to impress with his contemporary style of speech. Besides this Balakrishna said that TDP chief and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is known for his commitment to the development of the state and also claimed that YS Jagan is focused on political vengeance. He mentioned that there is no development in the state and also alleged that Chandrababu Naidu was framed in the case and didn’t have proper evidence. Balakrishna also alleged that YS Jagan was in jail for 16 months and he with no reason wanted CBN to be in jail at least for 16 days. He also said Jagan is targeting to send TDP cadre to prison. MEIL Sacks PV Ramesh?:- Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Limited (MEIL) sacked retired IAS officer PV Ramesh. After Chandrababu Naidu’s arrest, PV Ramesh said he was shocked by the arrest of CBN. PV Ramesh served as Principal Secretary of the Finance Department of Andhra Pradesh during the Chandrababu Naidu regime. Sadly PV Ramesh landed himself in a soup by making supporting comments to TDP on a Rs 371 cr scam related to Skill Development Corporation. He also concluded that Premchandra Reddy was a managing director and Ajeya Kallam was a secretary in the case, who needed to be questioned. He said he was shocked that they were investigating Babu in their absence. After the controversial statements, MEIL asked him for his resignation. However, the news was not announced officially. But PV Ramesh has replied to one of the tweets from a news reporter claiming that MEIL asked him for resignation. PV Ramesh replied to the tweet and wrote that he himself resigned for Megha and they did not ask him for resignation. Besides, AP CID has hinted that they will take action against PV Ramesh for his influence in the investigation. CID sources also claim that Ramesh was the man behind the entire amount release in Skill Development. However, the facts will be out only after CID provides details to the media or produce before the court of law.

Chandrababu Naidu's House Remand Plea Update:- AP former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu was arrested and sent for a 14-day judicial remand. His advocate Siddharth Luthra has requested the court with a petition claiming that there is a life threat for Babu in central prison and asked the court to give him house custody. On the flip side, AP CID has filed a petition for five-day custody of Chandrababu to question him regarding the Skill Development scam of Rs 371 Cr. But CBN’s counsel has requested the court to consider his age and grant him house arrest and they expressed their concern about CBN security, stating that the presence of hardened criminals in the central prison of Rajahmundry. However Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy, who is representing the state government said that AP CID is opposing the house remand and there are also provisions to Naidu like strengthening electronic vigilance through CCTV cameras. He also said that a team of doctors are available round the clock to take care of Babu’s health. Reddy also said to the court that Chandrababu Naidu's health is perfectly alright. Again on another hand, AP DGP has sent a letter to the ACB court to give directions to the court for additional security to Babu. Naidu’s counsel also filed a petition in the court stating to verify documents pertaining to the AP Skill Development corporation scam. ACB court after going through all the petitions, asked the counsel to complete the hearing in one petition and the court adjourned the case to Tuesday, that is today.

Avinash Reddy Bail Update:- YSRCP MP Avinash Reddy's bail cancellation petition in Vivekananda Reddy's murder case has been adjourned after three weeks in the Supreme Court. Late YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter Sunitha has requested the Supreme Court to postpone the case as her counsel member Lawyer Siddharth Luthra is not available in Delhi. The court has accepted the request of Sunitha and adjourned the case. Siddharth Luthra is in Vijayawada accommodated to N Chandrababu Naidu’s case and that is the reason he is unavailable today in Delhi to appear for arguments against YS Avinash Reddy's anticipatory bail petition cancellation. Earlier this month CBI also requested the affidavit seeking the bail cancellation of Avinash Reddy. Besides this, last week, the Telangana High Court rejected the bail plea of YS Bhaskar Reddy and Gajjala Uday Kumar Reddy, who are A7 and A6 in the Viveka murder case. Siddharth Luthra is staying in Vijayawada and following up Chandrababu Naidu’s case, who was arrested in skill development scam case . He applied for house custody of Naidu by considering his health and age condition. Luthra also said that there is a life threat of Naidu in jail. ACB court has already accommodated Z Plus category security to Babu in jail and also asked to provide some basic amenities like separate rooms, home food and medication.

Chandrababu Naidu Arrest Updates:- On September 9th Chandrababu Naidu was arrested in Nandyal and shifted to Vijayawada. On the 10th of September Anti Corruption Bureau court sent CBN to 14 days of judicial custody, that is till the 23rd of September alleging scam in the Skill Development corruption case. CBN is provided home-cooked food, medication and a special room in jail. The court granted these special facilities to the TDP Supreme considering his health and age condition. The former CM also provided Z plus category security as the 73-year-old senior leader is suspected of having a life threat. Naidu is the primary accused in the case involving Rs 371 Cr funds of the government transferred to shell companies. Besides this only Chandrababu Naidu’s council members are expected to meet him so as to discuss the legal formalities. Pawan Kalyan's Swift Response CBN's Judicial Remand:- TDP supreme leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu was arrested on Saturday in a skill development scam case by AP CID in Nandyal. They produced him before the court on Sunday. After listening to both sides' hearings the judge delivered the judgement on Sunday evening at around 7 PM, stating 14 days judicial remand for CBN. CBN was shifted to Rajahmundry Central Jail and his advocates have appealed for house arrest by considering his age and health. Amid huge protests around the state, Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan was the first opposition leader to respond to Chandrababu Naidu's judicial remand. Pawan Kalyan said that he will stand behind Chandrababu Naidu, that is with respect to the senior political leader, who served the state of Andhra Pradesh for decades together. Pawan Kalyan also took a strong dig at the chief minister YS Jagan, stating that he is wantedly creating a label on Chandrababu Naidu as he himself was in jail for more than one year. Pawan is planning to meet CBN in jail and he also confirmed that he will soon start his fourth phase of Varahi Vijaya Yatra in Krishna district.
