Demand for second capital grows

Andhra Pradesh state is yet to get its capital city but the demand for second capital is building high. The KC Sivaramakrishnan Committee is currently busy estimating suitable conditions for the capital. Few days ago when the committee visited Ananthapur and Kurnool districts, TDP leaders requested the committee members to also announce second capital in Rayalaseema region.

And now Minister Paritala Sunitha has joined this group and opined that it would be a huge relief if the second capital for Andhra Pradesh is placed in Rayalaseema. Speaking Sunitha said, “I think Rayalaseema should be considered for the second capital of AP. I will convey this message to our leader and CM Chandrababu Naidu.”
