Naidu countered them with local companies!

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is about to procure funds from the central government for a few of the important constructions in AP new capital Amaravati, to be constructed by the Indian companies.

It is well known that, Chandrababu Naidu has faced several criticisms from the oppositions, saying that he is encouraging the foreign companies and neglecting the local ones.

The issue went viral, when Naidu bought Amaravati master capital plan from Singapore. Oppositions said that, Naidu is collecting the land under the name of land acquisition act and performing real estate business with it.

However, Naidu maintained mum on all such comments all these days and it is now he countered them indirectly, by encouraging Indian companies in the key constructions of the Amaravati capital.

Reportedly, in Amaravati, four key constructions like Assembly, High court of AP, Raj Bhavan and Secretariat, will be done by the Indian companies itself, as per the pre commitments in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act.

But a few reports say that, Assembly and High Court constructions are the big deals and the necessary quality plan would be made by foreign companies, than the local companies. So these both constructions, would reportedly go into the hands of the foreign companies itself.

On the other side, Raj Bhavan and Secretariat constructions, are expected to go into the hands of the local companies itself.

Regarding this, AP government officials have already started the inquiries about the architects and developers. If everything goes well, by June 2016, the construction would be started and complete before 2019 elections, thus using it as a witness to construct Amaravati capital and develop it in the coming years.
