In what could be a breakthrough for the Delhi Police in Sunanda Pushkar's mysterious death case, Zee News channel revealed the exclusive pictures of Shashi Tharoor with Pakistan journalist Mehr Tarar during their Dubai visit in 2013. As part of investigation, the Delhi police quizzed senior journalist Nalini Singh who spoke to Sunanda few hours before she died.

Nalini Singh said in a statement that Sunanda knew that Shashi Tharoor had spent three days with Mehr Tarar in Dubai as Sunanda has strong contacts in the city. According to Nalini, Tharoor's family was encouraging his affair with Pakistan journalist but she was helpless. Sunanda also had the proofs of Tharoor exchanging romantic messages with Tarar and one of the message said, that Tharoor is planning to divorce Sunanda after the General Elections and marry Tarar. Apparently the Pakistan journo said she can't live without him in a written message.

Meanwhile the Delhi Police is in alert as Shashi Tharoor reached the National capital on Sunday. They might summon him to probe in regards to this case and the police are also contemplating to question Mehr Tarar too. It all started with a twitter war between Sunanda Pushkar and Mehr Tarar as the former claimed that the later had an intimate affair with her husband.
