NDTV survey favors TDP

NDTV's opinion poll shows that Chandrababu Naidu's Telugu Desam Party [TDP] will win maximum seats in the upcoming general elections in Seemandhra region while Jagan's YSRCP would be settled in the second spot.

TDP would get anything around 46 percent of votes and YSRCP would get 38 percent while the Congress retains third position with only 10 percent of votes.

Coming to the seats, TDP is likely to win 14 Lok Sabha seats out of 25 in Seemandhra region whereas YSRCP would win 10 seats. Congress will be confined to single figure and that too only one seat.

In the Telangana region, Telangana Rashtra Samithi [TRS] and Congress will be giving tough fight to each other while TDP will be restricted to third position. TRS and Congress would get 30 percent of votes and 22 percent votes will go to TDP. Congress and TRS are likely to win 7 seats each and TDP might get two seats.

It will be interesting to see how these parties perform in the Assembly segments.
