Senior Congress leader from the Telangana region, K Kesava Rao (KK) along with many other leaders from the region met at the Andhra Bhavan today in Delhi. As the decision date is fast approaching as announced by the Congress led UPA government, mercury levels in these winter days seems to be raising in Delhi with a clout of leaders from either sides of the state camping at the national capital.

In continuation to this charged up atmosphere, the meeting at AP Bhavan gained prominence. Addressing the media on the issue, KK ascertained that to part they needed no permission. He also said that the Congress manifesto in 2009 had assured to take up a decision on T state, in contra to the claim by the Seemandhra leaders. He also ascertained that the 2004 manifesto also had a mention about honoring the sentiments of the people from the T region.

Well now the point with so much of insight on the manifesto why the leader failed to get the backing of the high command during the last two terms when the Congress was in power is a faint question by critics. (Wishesh AarKay)
