Vijayasai Reddy, the accused in illegal assets case, appeared before the Enforcement Directorate in Delhi on Monday. It may be noted that ED earlier summoned Vijayasai Reddy to appear before its headquarters in the last week of October itself (October 25). However, Vijayasai Reddy couldn't appear on the said date as he didn't get the permission from the CBI special court to leave Hyderabad.

It is known that Vijayasai Reddy is on bail and therefore he was not supposed to leave Hyderabad without special permission from the court, which has been trying Jaganmohan Reddy disproportionate assets case.  Since Vijayasai Reddy got permission this month, he appeared before the Enforcement Directorate sleuths.
