Sorry Teacher can have bad impact on students

"Those who educate children well are more to be honored than they who produce them; for these only gave them life, those the art of living well."
-Aristotle

Sorry Teacher movie might be doing good business before its release in dot com industry with indecent pictures but what impact such movies and posters would have on college going students is probably ignored by even the censor departments. Otherwise, such posters or movies would not go viral on internet. Why attach lust tag to a teacher, who has been considered as next to God in India, question many educational experts. Who would look at the word sorry before the teacher when indecent photos are made available under that title, questioned a few others (under the condition of anonymity).

Notably, several protests were taken out recently in several parts of the state against Sorry Teacher and the activists even said that they would attack the theatres in case Sorry Teacher gets screened anywhere.

Also, Andhra Pradesh State Human Rights Commission (APSHRC) earlier directed the censor board to ban Sorry Teacher when it was scheduled to release in June. Andhra Pradesh Balala Hakkula Sangham filed a petition before APSHRC and the commission asked censor board to ban that picture. Earlier, the name of this film was I Love You Teacher, which was later changed to Sorry Teacher,. All India Democratic Women's Association (AIDWA) and United Teachers' Federation too opposed this film.

Protests apart, recently a college student got infatuated towards his teacher in Hyderabad, which even spoiled his future. Therefore, Andhra Wishesh requests the censor boards not to clear any movies, which can spoil the future of students besides the cultural values in the country. It may be noted that Sorry Teacher posters have been going viral for the past two to three months.

If we look into the recent incident as to how a student spoiled his future in Hyderabad...

The English and Foreign Languages University (formerly CIEFL), which is one of the prestigious languages university in India, recently expelled a student for sending vulgar SMSes to a faculty member.  Notably, the expelled student joined the university just a few months ago and was admitted to B.A English Literature. He was from Bihar and just 19 years old. When the student purportedly sent her indecent messages from different mobile phones, the French teacher had to file a police complaint. The cyber crime police, who plunged into the action, traced the numbers and informed the university authorities that indecent messages were sent from Aryan Kumar Singh to their university lecturer. The student was subsequently expelled after students from various departments approached the vice chancellor and urged that the student be removed from the university forever.

So, the release of Sorry Teacher movie can further disturb the students and can even support the bad ideas.

Parents will pin-up so many hopes on their children, and want their children to reach zenith and pull them (parents) out of the debt cycle or middle class life. Students falling in love with whomsoever it is will not only spoil their lives but will collapse the families. So, dear students, kindly suppress your temptations and focus on building up your future for serving your parents and the society better.  Also, Andhra Wishesh urges the film industry not to spoil the youth.
