Azad observes AP

The AICC in charge of AP affairs, Gulam Nabi Azad, who is in Andhra Pradesh, has said that he was observing the situation in the state. He, however, didn't tell whether it was regarding the political situation or something else. Taking on BJP, Azad has said that BJP allegedly stalled the monsoon session of the parliament. He even mentioned that parliament sessions were used for political benefits by the opposition parties.

The political observers, however, said that Azad was in AP to find out the strength and charisma of Chiranjeevi since Sonia Gandhi was apparently in a thought to replace Kiran with Chiru. They even mentioned that Azad was, nonetheless, in support of Kiran Kumar Reddy. The sources, on the other hand, mentioned that even if Azad strongly supports the candidature of Kiran, Sonia Gandhi was aware of the political situation in the state and she may still go ahead and make Chiranjeevi the chief minister of the state. It may be noted that Chiranjeevi is one of the dynamic leaders from the state with solid BC vote bank. In order to put a check to TDP, which came out with BC declaration, it's high time for Congress to leave no stone unturned.
