Congress leader Tulasi Reddy today in Hyderabad sent out a statement to the YSR Congress Chief In-Charge Y S Vijayamma, not to make false claims to clamour public support. About the later claiming that the Congress masterminded the arrest of Jagan, he retorted. Mr Reddy claimed if it was vindictive action by the Congress, it would have been done long back and these by-polls would have been avoided. The leader today spoke to the media at the Gandhi Bhavan in Hyderabad.
He slammed the YSR Congress Chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy over the false claims made. He reminded an incident when his (Jagan’s) father late Y S Rajashekar Reddy was the Chief Minister. In the Paritala Ravi (TDP leader) murder case, YSR instructed CBI to investigate Jagan. He asked the YSR Congress members why they did not find objections to such a ruling, then.
The Congress leader also claimed that had the CBI been vindictive, then Ambati Rambabu, a senior YSR Congress leader, would have been arrested in the EMAAR scam. He was only questioned by the CBI in the case. (With Inputs from Internet- Aarkay)
