Congress MP Chiranjeevi has said that the former minister Mopidevi Venkataramana, who’s been put behind the bars, became a scapegoat due to the sole decision making by the then chief minister YS Rajashekara Reddy.

Since Mopidevi said he signed on the documents as instructed by YSR, the investigation would ascertain whether the decision was taken by YSR himself or whether there was any hand of officials in the entire episode.

Chiru, who is holding road shows in Vishakapatnam as a part of by-election campaign, has said that YS Jagan indirectly revealed his intention by stating that TDP and Congress parties were hatching plans for creating ruckus in the state in case he’s put behind bars.

Now there’s news among political circles at to who would be the next scape goat after Mopidevi Venkataramana.
