7 MLAs to face disqualification

7 MLAs to face disqualification Seven rebel MLAs of three parties are likely to be disqualified by the end of next week with the chef minister Kirankumar reddy requesting the Speaker Nadendla Manohar to speed up the process of disqualification petitions filed against them.
 
The Speaker will now issue notices to the seven MLAs asking them to attend a personal hearing and then take a decision immediately after listening to them.
 
Congress MLAs C. Adinarayana reddy of Jammalamadugu, Mr. A. Amarnath reddy of Rajampet, Mr G. Srikanth reddy of Rayachoti, Ms. Konda Surekha of Parakala, PRP MLA Ms Sobha Nagi reddy of Allagadda and TDP MLAs Mr Nallapureddy Prasannakumar reddy of Kovvur and Mr Y.Balanagireddy of Mantralayam are likely to face disqualification and their seats will be declared vacant.    
 
All these MLAs were already served notices for their defiance of the party instructions and going with Jagan. Only their personal hearing is to be conducted now to take a final decision by the Speaker.
 
Meanwhile, the congress leadership is readying another batch of disqualification petitions against some more MLAs for siding with Jagan.
