Kiran Bedi says Anna Hazare will not campaign in the forthcoming Assembly polls

In a fight between Anti-Corruption crusader Anna Hazare team and govt, now it seems for time being govt is relieved, On Thursday January 5 Anna Hazare team memeber Kiran Bedi said that Anna hazare is not going to campaign in the forthcoming Assembly elections in five states.

As Kiran Bedi who met Anna Hazare in Pune said that the doctors advised him for complete bed rest.

On Wednesday the doctors who attended Anna said that Anna Hazare admitted to hospital with chest congestion, was responding well to treatment and his condition was improving.

“Anna is stable and improving. The congestion in his chest has reduced and he got good sleep on Tuesday night,” said Sancheti Hospital’s Mahendra Kawedia, who has been closely monitoring Anna Hazare’s condition.

On Tuesday, the doctors at Sancheti Hospital increased the dosage of antibiotics being given to the activist. Kawedia said since Hazare needs to be kept under observation while antibiotics are administered to him, he might be discharged on Sunday instead of Friday.

A one month rest has been adivsed to Anna Hazare by doctors, As he is suffering from acute bronchitis.From his village Ralegaon Siddhi on December 31 midnight Anna Hazare was rushed to hospital for treatment.

As Anna Hazare had to cancel his plans for campaigning opposite to Congress in the forthcoming Assembly elections because of his health.

And more over he also had to cancel the ‘jail bharo andolan’ which was arranged for December 31, 2011 and January 1, 2012.
