Jabardasth fame Rashmi’s success in the film industry would invite other new entrants into films, to start their career in TV.
 
Generally, the artists choose television, after they did enough on cinema and lost opportunities there.

On the other hand, a few people even choose TV, as the starting point to step into the films. Shah Rukh Khan emerged as the superstar in films, but I ever wonder that, did he guess he would be what he is today, while he was working for a TV.

However, magics like those, do not happen everyday, and that is the reason, several TV celebrities could not make it big in films.

But it seems, those days are gone now. Not just one or two, almost every talented TV artist is now getting opportunities in the films.

For instance, Jabardasth, the super successful programme in ETV, now has its own record of producing several artists to the films.  

Not just the comedians like Shakala Shankar, Sudheer, Srinu etc, even the programme anchors, Anasuya and Rashmi got popular with the show.

While Anasuya has signed a small role in Soggade Chinna Nayana, Rashmi already signed the female lead role in Guntur Talkies movie, which is ready for release.

Already the trailer and posters of Guntur Talkies went viral and Rashmi has attained popularity even before the release. If even the film works out well, then there would be no stop to the anchor turned actress and that further boosts the new entrants to start with small screen, before entering into the big screen.
