Tamil star hero Surya has been cast in a special role in the Baahubali 2 project, the reports stated.  

As Baahubali went on to be the massive success across the world, the expectations on the second part has been increased. As the Baahubali first part is linked with many suspenses, the audience are eager about the second part.

So Rajamouli is taking special care in case of Baahubali 2, and working seriously on the preproduction.

Before Baahubali release, Surya once expressed his wish in a public function, to be a part of Baahubali movie. Even Rajamouli is present in the function and just left a smile for Surya.

But now, as per the script, Baahubali 2 needs a few new characters and regarding this, he is planning to bring Surya into the picture. Reportedly, Rajamouli already consulted Surya and the latter, excitedly gave his nod.

Surya is always open to the different kind of subjects, without leaving the commercial elements. His movies like Gajini, 7th sense, Brothers, Rakshasudu, are the examples for it. But unfortunately, Surya mostly faced the bad fortune, in the experimental films like these.

But the world knows that, bad fortune is a very good enemy of Rajamouli and will never come to him.

Moreover, along with the hero, every character in the Rajamouli’s movies, especially movies like Baahubali, will get huge fame worldwide.

Now not only Prabhas, other stars like Rana, Tamanna, Anushka, Ramya Krishna got an international fame after Baahubali. So if normal actors get star status and international fame after Baahubali, what would Surya, who is already a big star, get after Baahubali?
