When 'Athadu' released, not only we got to see the never before seen personality of Mahesh babu, but also the amazing chemistry of him with Trisha. till then, apart from Sonali Bendre in ‘Murari’, no other heroine actually complimented this actor on screen.

'Athadu' became a block buster success so as this on screen pair. it did not take much of time for Trisha to pair up again with Mahesh in ‘Sainikudu'.
