The era where a heroine is just limited to one or two films and with no other options has to pack her bags after a year of her debut in the industry seems to have gone completely... we can witness this change when we analyze the career graph of the most wanted heroines of South Indian films, from the past 2 to 3 years at a stretch...  there are many beautiful heroines, without whom our industry and the audience would have been at the stake... no matter how big the hero might be, the appearance of any of these heroines have become a USP for the success of the film. Each Heroine at least has more than 3 to 4 films in her hand... she is reportedly being cast opposite those heroines with whom she has done a film earlier...

This is not because there is a shortage of heroines, it is because industry and the audience are used to and have accepted these heroines... in fact, and some of these heroines are also wooing B – Town...

Be it Ileana, Nayanatara, Kajal Aggarwal, Taapsee, Tamanna or even Samantha... all these heroines not only made a much rewarded debut opposite all those wanted heroes and well known directors, they have also managed to have a rewarding career as well...

So, if not in the flop and success ratio of the films, the Industry has attained sustainability at least in withstanding all these beautiful heroines who are also known for their performance...
