Young Rebel Star Prabhas and Anushka's new movie under the direction of Koratala Siva,And it has been named as Vaaradhi. The film was formally launched on October 17.
After Billa, Anushka and Prabhas are pairing again. Richa Gangopadhyay, Will play the second lady lead in the film.
The regular shooting of the film will start soon. The film would be an action entertainer with all commercial elements.
V. Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati will produce this film under UV creations banner. Devi Sri Prasad will compose the music for the film.
The film's final 70-day long schedule was to start on November 5, but it is yet to see the light of day. Differences occurred when Anushka replaced the first choice heroine, Tamanna.
Sources indicate that the project might be handed over to Bellamkonda Suresh who recently tasted success by releasing Raghava Lawrence's Kanchana in Telugu.
And with Lawrence being the director of Rebel, there are chances of him taking over the project. But with his production, 'Bodyguard' slated to release during Sankranthi, Suresh is yet to give green signal for Rebel.
