Suresh Babu acquired the remake rights of Tamil blockbuster film Maanaadu for a whopping amount of Rs 12 crores. Suresh Babu acquired the remake rights of the film for all the Indian languages and he is keen to remake Maanaadu in multiple languages.

Suresh Babu spending Rs 12 crores for the remake rights is a surprise but he has bigger plans. He is in talks with a top Bollywood production house to remake the film in Hindi. A young actor is already in talks to reprise the role of Simbu. The movie is also planned to be remade in Telugu. The scriptwork of the film is happening and the director, the lead actor will be finalized soon. Suresh Productions will produce the film in Telugu. Maanaadu is a film that is based on the concept of Time Loop and it is a smashing hit in Tamil.
