Baahubali Tops The BARC Ratings:- Maverick director SS Rajamouli is undoubtedly the leading directors of Indian cinema. His recent outings Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion ended up as massive hits. The second installment Baahubali: The Conclusion raked over Rs 1700 crores in its final run which is huge for a South Indian film. Prabhas gained immense popularity with the film and he turned out to be an international star with Baahubali. Rana Daggubati played the lead antagonist and Anushka, Tamannaah played the female leads. Ramya Krishna, Nassar, Satyaraj essayed the other prominent roles in the movie. Thanks to the super success of the second installment, the movie's first installment has been widely watched on television.
The Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) is a real-time television rating points (TRP) measuring system in India that keeps a close eye on the viewership of the small screen audience which covers 153.5 million households. BARC revealed that Baahubali topped the ratings with the film being watched by the most number of audience.The Hindi dubbed version of Bahaubali: The Beginning managed to get 8,588,000 impressions in Week 22, which tops the list. This is huge this year and the BARC released the ratings for the first 27 weeks. Prabhas's movie dubbed as Return of Rebel too managed to gain 6,360,000 impressions in Week 24 which is huge. This proves that Prabhas is now a national star.
Baahubali: The Conclusion which released recently is yet to be screened on small screen and it is sure all set to make a massive difference and dominate all the TRPs of television. The movie is said to have been made on a budget of Rs 450 crores. KK Senthil Kumar is the cinematrographer and MM Keeravani composed the music. Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni produced Baahubali on Arka Media Works banner. Karan Johar along with AA Productions released the Hindi version of the movie across India. Baahubali: The Conclusion is all set for an International release soon and it is being currently dubbed into various languages.
