Writer-director Dasari Narayana Rao, who was disappointed with the mega flop of his 150th movie ‘Parama Veera Chakra’ that featured seasoned Tollywood hero Balakrishna, has now set his eyes on Bollywood.
It is now learnt that top Bollywood hero Sanjay Dutt had agreed to don the lead role in a straight Hindi movie ‘Kaun Banega Mukhyamantri’ that will be directed by Dasari. This will be purely a Hindi movie and will not be dubbed into Telugu, said sources close to Dasari.
Dasari had earlier directed Rajesh Khanna some years ago in his straight Hindi movie ‘Aaj Ka MLA’ but after that he could not find time to make Bollywood movies.
Sources said that Dasari, who is giving final touches to his script of this movie, has contacted Ajay Devgan and also Sanjay Dutt. As Ajay does not have dates for the next two years, Dasari has signed the project with Sanjay, it is learnt. The movie will shortly go the floors in some made up locations in Delhi.
