Side effects of drinking too much Milk June 01, 2024 20:07

Side effects of drinking too much Milk:- Milk is a staple in many diets. However, taking too much can cause side effects ranging from heart disease to an increased risk of bone fractures. Milk is considered a complete food with a balanced diet and is necessary for the mental and physical development of children and young people. However, consuming the right amount daily is important for your overall health and to prevent the risk of chronic diseases associated with aging. Anyone who consumes more than the recommended amount of milk should be aware of the health risks of excessive consumption. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) report on nutritional requirements and RDA for Indians, the upper limit of calcium for adults is 600 mg per day, which is about 2 glasses of milk or 800 mg per day for 10 glasses dl – 18 Years. . As you age, unhealthy amounts of fat in milk can increase your risk of heart disease, cholesterol and other similar chronic diseases. According to the National Library of Medicine, a glass of milk contains 5 grams of saturated fat, which is 20 percent of your daily requirement. Saturated fat is often linked to cardiovascular disease and stroke because it can increase the ratio of LDL to HDL cholesterol. A Swedish study published in the British Medical Journal found that high milk consumption is linked to an increased risk of bone fractures and death. Consuming too much milk can also increase the risk of health problems such as iron deficiency anemia and protein loss in the intestines. Milk is one of the main ingredients in many diets. However, consuming too much milk can cause various side effects, mainly due to its high content of lactose, saturated fat and certain hormones. Some of these hormones can even be harmful to your overall health. From a clinical perspective, it is important to understand these potential consequences and maintain a balanced approach to milk consumption. Rich in calcium, vitamin D and essential proteins, milk is often touted as a near-perfect food. Milk is an essential part of many diets, especially for children and the elderly, but too much milk can lead to overeating. Says Dr. Neeti Sharma, Senior Nutrition and Dietitian at Marengo Asia Hospital, Gurugram. Possible side effects of too much milk: 1. Lactose intolerance: Many people have difficulty digesting lactose, the sugar found in milk, resulting in symptoms such as bloating, bloating, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. 2. Weight gain: A cup of whole milk (250 ml) has about 180 calories. Consuming too much milk, especially whole milk, can lead to excessive calorie intake, which can lead to weight gain if the calories are not balanced with exercise and a healthy diet. 3. Increases cholesterol: Whole milk contains saturated fat, which can increase the level of bad cholesterol (LDL) in your blood and increase your risk of heart disease. 4. Nutrient Imbalance: Excessive intake can lead to imbalance and deficiency of other essential nutrients. For example, consuming large amounts of milk can replace other important food sources and lead to inadequate intake of important vitamins, minerals and fiber. 5. Iron deficiency: High milk consumption can affect iron absorption and cause iron deficiency anemia, especially in young children. 6. Acne: Hormones naturally occurring in milk, such as insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and certain androgens, may play a role in causing or worsening acne. 7. Digestive problems: Too much milk can cause digestive problems, especially in people with lactose intolerance. Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose, the sugar in milk. This can lead to symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea and abdominal pain. Even if you are not lactose intolerant, consuming large amounts of milk can cause indigestion due to its high fat and water content. 8. Increased risk of bone fractures: Paradoxically, milk contains calcium, which enhances bone-strengthening properties, but too much milk can have the opposite effect. Some studies show that high milk consumption may increase the risk of bone fractures. This may be because too much milk increases the excretion of calcium in urine, which can affect bone health over time. 9. Cardiovascular problems: Whole milk contains a significant amount of saturated fatty acids. Consuming too much whole milk can raise your cholesterol levels and increase your risk of cardiovascular disease. There are low-fat and fat-free milk options, but even these milks can be problematic if consumed in large quantities as they may have sugar added to enhance the flavor. 10. Hormonal Imbalance: Commercial milk often contains hormones such as estrogen and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), which are used on dairy farms to increase milk production. Consuming large amounts of milk can increase the levels of these hormones in the body and lead to hormonal imbalance. This imbalance can have a variety of effects, including an increased risk of certain cancers such as prostate and breast cancer. 11. Kidney stones: High consumption of calcium-rich foods like milk can increase the risk of kidney stones. When the body processes too much calcium, calcium oxalate stones, a common type of kidney stone, can form. People with a history of kidney stones should reduce their milk intake and consult their doctor for individual dietary recommendations.

Telangana Phone Tapping case takes new Turns May 30, 2024 12:15

Telangana Phone Tapping case takes new Turns:- On the day the Congress party emerged victorious in the Assembly elections, December 4, 2023, a curious incident occurred within the premises of the Special Intelligence Branch (SIB). From 7:30 pm to 8:15 pm, the CCTV cameras were mysteriously turned off. During this 45-minute window, the then Deputy Superintendent of Police, D. Praneeth Rao, confessed that around 50 hard drives from the computer systems and servers used for phone tapping were swapped with new ones, and the removed drives were subsequently destroyed. Rao also admitted that the cash seized from Opposition leaders was falsely labeled as 'hawala' money, a tactic employed to avoid criticism from the Election Commission and political parties. He further revealed that he had received directives from IGP Prabhakar Rao and retired Additional SP Venugopal Rao to profile and monitor specific targets. These surveillance activities were halted on November 30, 2023, upon the completion of the Assembly elections. After the exit polls were released, the SIB chief instructed Rao and his team to eliminate all documentary and electronic evidence. The laptops we used were essential tools for our covert and unauthorized activities. On December 4, 2023, after the Congress party's electoral victory, Prabhakar Rao, the head of our operations, resigned from his position. Before departing, he instructed us to erase all traces of political profiles and the hard drives of the systems used for monitoring purposes. In compliance with his orders, I arranged for the destruction of approximately 50 hard drives, documents, and clandestine profile data. This was achieved by coordinating with Anil Kumar, an RSI employee, to temporarily disable the CCTV cameras in the SIB premises. Initially, Anil Kumar was reluctant to switch off the cameras, but after I informed the SIB chief, he was summoned and directed to follow my instructions. On my orders, Anil Kumar turned off the CCTV cameras from 7:30 pm to 8:15 pm on December 4, 2023. During this time, Srinivas, Ananth, and other individuals from Convergence Innovation Labs in Hyderabad were called to the office and entrusted with the servers and hand disks. Additionally, Harikrishna, an RSI employee, removed the hard drives from our 17 systems, laptops, and other servers. Superintendent of Police K Krishna destroyed the electronic devices using an electric cutter. Praneeth was dismissed from SIP on 13 December 2023 and transferred to DCRP in Rajanna Sirchilla district. He was suspended on March 4, 2024 for illegal actions such as deleting profiles and hard drives and disabling surveillance cameras. “If the police and middlemen follow me, I can show the SIB office the computer systems in which I changed the hard drives. “I formatted my personal electronic devices like phones and laptops and threw away the USB drives to erase the traces of the crime,” Jubilee Hills ACP P Venkatagiri Rao confessed in a statement to Pranitha Rao, who handed over three mobile phones and a laptop .

Sooseki is a Chartbuster from Pushpa 2: The Rule May 29, 2024 21:10

Sooseki is a Chartbuster from Pushpa 2: The Rule:- Pushpa: The Rules second single “Sooseki” was released on Tuesday. This romantic tune is in stark contrast to the film's first released single, 'Pushpa Pushpa'. Pushpa Pushpa's music video is designed in the style of a typical lyric video, combining animated storytelling and BTS footage, but Sooseki also includes footage of the film's cast and practicing our dance numbers, showcasing the entire lyric video. Talking about Srivallii's admiration for Pushpa Raj, "This gentle, love-filled song is a spiritual successor of sorts to Shrivalli's song in Pushpa 1, where Pushpa sings about her love for Shrivalli." Typically, we see outtakes of songs compiled into b-rolls, behind-the-scenes footage, and lyric videos. However, in Munsky's case, the actors and backup dancers practice the song while wearing sweatpants and interacting with each other. While we take a look at Sooseki's hook stage here, the makers of "Pushpa '' decided to hide the outfit and background to add an element of mystery to the song. The video also shows the friendship between choreographer Ganesh Acharya and director Sukumar and Rashmika and Allu Arjun chatting on the sets. At the same time, multilingual versions of “Sooseki” were released. Sooseki is called Sudhana in Tamil, Angaron in Hindi, Nodka in Kannada, Kandalo in Malayalam and Agner in Bengali. Unlike other Pushpa songs which were sung by different singers in different languages, all versions of Sooseki were sung by Shreya Ghoshal. The song is a chartbuster already.

Telangana's ex-DGP's sensational allegations on KCR May 28, 2024 13:47

Telangana's ex-DGP's sensational allegations on KCR:- In the ongoing phone-tapping case, former DCP P. Radha Kishan Rao has confessed that K. Chandrashekar Rao, the ex-chief minister, played a personal role in planning and overseeing the Moinabad farmhouse MLA poaching incident. The confession also states that Chandrashekar Rao wanted to use this case as leverage with the BJP to ensure that his daughter, MLC K. Kavitha, was removed from the Delhi liquor scam case. Radha Kishan Rao claimed that Chandrashekar Rao instructed the State Intelligence Bureau to conduct surveillance based on a tip-off from Pilot Rohith Reddy, who claimed that senior BJP leaders had approached him with an offer to join their party. Chandrashekar Rao allegedly hoped to use the poaching case to pressure the BJP into making a compromise. To strengthen the case, he even wanted to have BJP national leader B.L. Santosh arrested. According to Radha Kishan Rao, the Moinabad farm house plan was executed successfully, resulting in the arrest of a local BJP leader and two "swamijis". A special investigation team was formed by the government, but due to the inefficiency of some Cyberabad police officials, an important person was able to escape the police in Kerala. Despite a special team led by superintendent of police Rema Rajeshwari being flown to Kerala on a chartered aircraft, the arrest could not be made, resulting in KCR's anger for not meeting his expectations. In his confession statement, Rao also revealed that while working in the city task force, he attended to important confidential work of CM KCR, his family members, and close associates of the party. These works included settling civil disputes, suppressing dissent or protest against the TRS party and its government, and arm-twisting certain individuals causing trouble for the party and CM KCR. Former Deputy Superintendent of Police N. Bhujanga Rao has made a confession statement that implicates former minister T. Harish Rao, who is the nephew of Chandrashekar Rao, with another accused named A. Sravan Kumar Rao. Bhujanga Rao claims that during October and November of 2023, Sravan Kumar of INews was in direct communication with Prabhakar Rao, the former intelligence chief and leader of the tapping operation, at the request of T. Harish Rao, who was serving as a minister at the time. Bhojanga Rao said prominent people under surveillance included MLC Shambipur Raju (known for his proximity to current BRS president K.T. Rama Rao) and former minister T. Rajaiah. This list includes Kadiam Srihari from Warangal. Patnam Mahender Reddy and his wife from Tandur, MLA Rohith Reddy, former IPS officer R.S. ABN's Praveen Kumar, media personalities Narendra Chaudhary and V Radhakrishna were unhappy. The scrutiny also covered several opposition candidates, including K. Raghuveer Reddy, son of K. BRS left behind Rs 3,736 Cr industrial incentive arrears May 24, 2024 15:56

BRS left behind Rs 3,736 Cr industrial incentive arrears:- The previous BRS government, which made ambitious demands to make Telangana the number one industrial state in the country through the TS-iPASS industrial policy, left a backlog of Rs 3,736 crore for mega, medium and small enterprises. He will retire in December 2023, according to industry data. The BRS government did not provide industrial incentives worth Rs 3,007 crore to small and medium enterprises and Rs 728 crore to large enterprises. The budget allocates funds annually to stimulate the industry, but the amount is not made public. Even in the last financial year 2023-24, cheques worth Rs 684 crore issued to companies as incentives could not be used by entrepreneurs due to lack of funds in the bank accounts in the industry. Former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao and Industries Minister KT Rama Rao have always loudly stated that only Telangana's online industrial policy TS-iPASS is better not only than the industrial policies of the states of the country but also of the leading countries of the world. As part of the TS-iPASS policy, they boasted that industry licenses and industry incentives are renewed within days at the click of a button. Businessmen and entrepreneurs who approach the Ministry of Finance and Industry to claim one-year arrears are just wasting time to obtain incentives for the industry. Therefore, do not use the TS-iPASS industrial policy. The new parliamentary government, which took office in December 2023, is currently gradually paying off the remaining debts of the previous BRS government. The issue of upcoming industrial incentives came up on Tuesday when Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and Industries Minister D Sridhar Babu held a meeting with senior industry officials to discuss plans to formulate a new industrial policy for Telangana. Officials told the Prime Minister that out of the previous BRS government's arrears of Rs 3,736.67 crore, general category traders accounted for Rs 2,037 crore. Following the promise of the BRS government to provide special incentives to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, several businessmen and entrepreneurs have come forward to set up industries and units. The BRS government also delayed these sectors. It owes Rs 662.4 crores for SCs and STs have to get Rs 1,037.08 crores. To make matters worse, the BRS government had issued checks worth Rs 684.04 million to the industrialists for the past financial year 2023-24. Of this, checks worth Rs 330.68 crores to public sector, Rs 272.5 crores to SCs and Rs 80.86 crores to STs were canceled. Excluding the forfeited checks, the BRS government has arrears totaling Rs 3,052.63 crore, including Rs 1,706.43 crore for general category, Rs 389.98 crore for SC and Rs 956.2 crores for the STs.
