Mukesh Ambani suggests Companies to go Green

Mukesh Ambani suggests Companies to go Green:- Indian business tycoon and Asia's richest man Mukesh Ambani, the Chairman of Reliance Industries Limited is in plans to transform all his units of business into a sustainable business model by 2035. He said that there is no option for everyone and we have to adopt a sustainable business model, told Ambani. He told this at Qatar Economic Forum. Without sharing more details, Ambani wanted the companies to go green. Ambani's 60 percent revenue comes from its hydrocarbon fuelled energy operations. Mukesh Ambani told all his shareholders last year that Reliance will completely focus on clean energy with solar, wind, fuel cells, batteries and hydrogen.

Mukesh Ambani is focused on green initiatives after several energy giants are under pressure from investors to improve their environmental policies so that they could move towards a low-carbon future. Mukesh Ambani announced that Reliance will become a net-zero carbon company by 2035. This is a shorter time when to compared to several companies that imposed 2050 as the deadline. Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries bought its first cargo of carbon-neutral crude oil in February 2021 and it is aiming for more collaborations and partnerships in the future.
