Indian Coast Guards have spoiled a suspected terror strike when they have spotted a suspicious boat along the coastal line of Gujarat. According to the reports, the boat began its journey from Karachi and was carrying massive explosives along with four suspected terrorists. The Coast Guards found this boat and chased it for nearly an hour before the boat was blown off by the suspected terrorists.
The Ministry of Defence released a statement on this incident. The boat was intercepted by the Indian Coast Guards when it was 365kilometres away from Porbandar Coast. The officials asked the men in the boat to stop for further investigation but the men increased the speed boat. They set the boat on fire and eventually got exploded due to heavy explosives in it.
The Coast Guards searched for any survivors but due to bad weather and darkness, they could trace any. This incident came when Intelligence Bureau has sent warning in view of Republic Day Celebrations.
