The Chief Election Commission has served notice to Saif Ali Khan and his mother Sharmila Tagore for organising a wedding anniversary bash in Gurgaon. Saif organised a lavish party at the Pataudi Palace which is situated 26 kms away from Gurgaon city to celebrate his wedding anniversary with Kareena Kapoor.

The EC received a complain that the loudspeakers were used without any permission and issued a notice for violating model code of conduct. Saif has been asked to reply to the notice by October 21 till 3PM. Several Bollywood celebrities were present at the function too.
