The High Court of Hyderabad on Wednesday ordered the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation [GHMC] to take mandatory legal action against hero Nagarjuna's N convention center. The Court also said the GHMC to issue notice before taking any action against encroached  assets. The Apex on Tuesday heard the arguments from both the sides and after the hearing, the judgment was made.
