Taking oath for the record fifth time, Pawan Chamling was sworn in as Sikkim Chief Minsiter. In the recent elections, Chamling led Sikkim Democratic Front won 22 seats out of 32. Since December 12, 1994, Chamling has been the chief minister of Sikkim which had merged with India in 1975.
