Andhra Pradesh Chief Election Commissioner Bhanwarlal has reported that till 11 AM Seemandhra recorded 33 percent of voting. Kurnool stood first with 41 percent and Guntur stood last with 12 percent. Bhanwarlal is hopeful that around 85 to 90 percent voting will record by the end of the day.
