Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the bail petition of Sahara Chief Subrata Roy. Roy was sent to judicial custody for failing to pay the Court order to return investors Rs 24,000 crores. Bench of Justice KS Radhakrishnan and Justice KS Kherkar have dismissed the bail petition and asked to come up with a revised proposal for returning the investors money as a condition to get bail.
