After investigating former coal minister Dasari Narayana Rao, the CBI has summoned former coal secretary PC Parakh for questioning on April 25th. In 2013, the CBI has registered a case against Mr. Parakh, Mr. Birla, besides unknown officials of Hindalco and the Coal Ministry.
