Congress' Manifesto is Abhaya Hastham:- In its recently released manifesto for the Telangana assembly elections, Congress has included six pledges related to polls. At a joint press conference, AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, TPCC President A. Revanth Reddy and CLP Leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka released the Congress manifesto for the Telangana Assembly elections set for November 30. Kharge affirmed that the manifesto and the 'six guarantees' would be unwaveringly enforced, if the Congress is triumphant in Telangana.
