Delhi Government To Present Budget Amid Lockdown:- The whole country is under lockdown and New Delhi is the first announced state to be locked down completely till March 31st. Even after complete lockdown, the Delhi government will present its budget in the Assembly house which is scheduled to take place on April 1st. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal himself informed the news through his twitter handle. "Today. The budget will be presented in the Delhi Assembly. Despite lockdown in Delhi, it is necessary to do this because, without passage of the budget, the government won't be able to spend money from April 1," posted Arvind Kejriwal.

Delhi was announced lockdown from March 23rd to 31st and it is expected to continue if the situations continue to be worrying. All the public transports are canceled and people are warned not to come out of their houses. But Kejriwal felt that the budget proposal is something very important for the state and he wished not to postpone it. All those who are interested would watch it live and get educated. Kejriwal urged the corporate firms to contribute with their employees during this tough time.
