The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation [BMC] has asked Bollywood baadshah, Shah Rukh Khan to demolish the ramp outside his house, Mannat in Bandra. The BMC issued this order following the complaint of BJP MP Poonam Mahajan who was approached by the local residents. The ramp outside Shah Rukh's house is used for parking of his vanity van, often causes troubles to locals who pass by. Though many residents in the past complained about this, action was not taken. Finally the residents brought this issue to the notice of BJP MP, who then wrote to BMC earlier this week.

The BMC gave Shah Rukh a week days time to demolish the ramp and if no action is taken, then the civic body would step into action to dismantle the ramp. Meanwhile the MP Poonam Mahajan has welcomed this decision and said she is not against any individual and her prime motive is to see the convenience of the common man.
