Dubai which is creating wonders in the infrastructure segment, will be adding another value with the 'Mall of the World' which is touted to be the world's first climate controlled pedestrian city.

The Mall of the World will be 48 million square feet, including approximately 100 hotels, a theme park, numerous theaters, medical tourism facilities, service apartments offering 20,000 rooms  and can host an estimated 180 million visitors annually. However the estimated cost and date of completion was not announced by the developers of this mall. Located along Shaikh Zayed Road, the mall will be a short drive to the world's tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa.

Dubai which will host the World Expo 2020 is now focusing the retail and hospitality sector. Mall of the World was launched on Saturday by His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.
