KCR's alter ego ghost gets a slap

The effigy of TRS Chief KCR was beaten with footwear at Tirupati.  The flare up caused by the remarks of KCR in his speech in Sakalajana Bheri at Hyderabad on Sunday.

The employees, members of 'Udyoga Joint Action Committee' on relay fast at Tirupati were angry for the words used by KCR in his speech.  The JAC Chairman and RDO Ramachandra Reddy said that they are in a peaceful protest but KCR is irritating with his bitter remarks.

He said that beating the effigy with sandals is only an act of exorcising the ghost of separatism from him and not intended to beat him as KCR.

KCR in his speech belittled the Samaikyandhra Movement and people of Andhra region in general.  The employees of the Municipal Corporation of Tirupati cleaned the pictures of KCR and Kodandaram on the flexi boards with cleaning liquid using brooms.

Many leaders including BJP have condemned KCR’s way of talking.  Everyone whoever commented on his unsavory comments said that he should behave himself and talk in a dignified way as a leader of a national political party.

But, KCR became famous in Telangana because of his satirical comments on Congress party and TDP leaders.  The audience expects such remarks from him and KCR thinks that it is his duty to give them what they want most, like a film actor with an image of his own in the minds of the audience.  An image of Brahmanandam is different from that of Chiranjeevi or Rajanikanth.  The images are built up laboriously over years and they cannot go out of them and it may not be accepted by the audience if they do!
