The shocking incident that came into prominence was an Indian express train run uncontrollably into a crowd of Hindu pilgrims in the country's east on Monday. It resulted in killing 35 and becoming active accompanying a riot as angry crowds went on the violent agitation as informed by the officials. According to a senior police officer, the pilgrims were crossing the tracks at a station in the state of Bihar when the interstate passenger train ran into them while injuring dozens.

Furthermore, S.K. Bharadwaj, an additional director general of police, who is overseeing security at the crash site, told AFP that until now they have information that 35 people have been killed in the incident at the same time dozens are injured. Local railway chief Arun Malik told AFP that crowds have come together on the Rajya Rani Express, setting carriages on fire and searching vigorously through Dharhara station, some 178 kilometres from the state capital Patna.

It's needless to say that it's a mournful incident yet the point here remains that how come this kind of incident occur if we have proper signaling facility and systems. It's just because of the negligence that we are not aware of ,otherwise we don’t want to agree with the fact of true and false. Rather than blaming each other we must try to justify where the problem is and how to resolve it!
